At PurrCozi, as part of our unwavering commitment to producing healthy, well-socialized Kittens , we prioritize extensive health testing on all breeding cats, including annual heart echocardiograms, hip radiographs, bloodwork, wellness exams, and more. Every single one of our adult cats have been DNA tested through Wisdom Panel as well! If one of our breeding cats does not pass these tests, they are spayed/neutered and placed in a pet home.  You can view this information on our adult cat page.

• Our Breeding Cats are tested for: 

  • HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy)

  • PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease)

  • SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy) 

  • FIV and FeLv

  • Hip testing through PawPeds

  • Blood Type

• We also perform annual advanced heart echocardiograms, hip x-rays, bloodwork, and PCR testing to ensure our cats are free from genetic and infectious diseases.

• All Breeding cats have undergone a Fecal for various parasites and bacterias.
