At PurrCozi we are very picky about what we give our kitties! We aim to give them the healthiest and happiest life possible! With that being said, here are a few products that we recommend! We trust these companies and have done extensive research into what goes into making these products!
Food and Vitamins!!
At PurrCozi we aim to feed our kitties a high protein diet! This is why we have decided to feed our kittens Life's Abundance food. We have been using this brand of food (along with others) for years and our kitties have done absolutely wonderful on it! We also give all the kittens soft food every single morning! We use Weruva and Life's Abundance kitten food! Our kitties all do very well on this! When you get your new kitten they will come home with a small baggie of Life's Abundance and a can of soft food! Okay... Now let's talk probiotics and vitamins. We try to be as natural as possible! With that being said, we make homemade kefir for our furry family and us! This acts as a natural probiotic. Kefir has amazing health benefits for kitties including improved digestion, a stronger immune system and better skin and coat! A few other interesting benefits that kefir has are hairball control, can prevent growth of pathogens like Salmonella, Helicobacter Pylori and E. coli. Kefir is an amazing source of vitamins, minerals, good fats and protein! It has also been known to relieve inflammation and prevent dehydration. For the families who don't feel comfortable or are unable to do Kefir we still recommend a probiotic for your kitty! This is the probiotic that we use when we are not using the kefir! It is super simple all you do is put a scoop in their food daily! Click the link below to learn more and to order!
Treats!!
Okay.. Now treats!!!! We love to give our kitties treats here and there! Treats also greatly help motivate them to learn new things! When choosing the type of treats we give our fur babies we are super careful to look at ingredients! We prefer limited ingredient natural kitty treats and we love to support small businesses! Our kitties also love Churu treats! These are lickable treats that have high quality ingredients! We love to give our babies these treats on a lick mat! This helps encourage mental stimulation and entertainment! This can also act as a stress reducer, the continuous licking can be calming and help reduce stress and anxiety! Bath Time!!
During bath time we try our very best to use the most nontoxic kitty shampoo, conditioner and other products! This is why we use Lifes Abundance! Their shampoo is filled with non-toxic ingredients and smells so good! We also recommend the Modu pet dryer for an stress-free bathing experience.
