At PurrCozi we are very picky about what we give our kitties! We aim to give them the healthiest and happiest life possible! With that being said, here are a few products that we recommend! We trust these companies and have done extensive research into what goes into making these products!
Food and Vitamins!!
At PurrCozi we aim to feed our kitties a high protein diet! This is why we have decided to feed our kittens Purina One kitten food (blue bag). We have been using this brand of food for years and our kitties have done absolutely wonderful on it! We also give all the kittens soft food every single morning! We use Fancy Feast kitten food! Our kitties all do very well on this! When you get your new kitten they will come home with a small baggie of Purina one and a can of soft food! Here are links to both products!
Okay... Now let's talk probiotics and vitamins. We try to be as natural as possible! With that being said, we make homemade kefir for our furry family and us! This acts as a natural probiotic. Kefir has amazing health benefits for kitties including improved digestion, a stronger immune system and better skin and coat! A few other interesting benefits that kefir has are hairball control, can prevent growth of pathogens like Salmonella, Helicobacter Pylori and E. coli. Kefir is an amazing source of vitamins, minerals, good fats and protein! It has also been known to relieve inflammation and prevent dehydration. For the families who don't feel comfortable or are unable to do Kefir we still recommend a probiotic for your kitty! These are the probiotics we have on hand as backups in case we need a powdered probiotic! You can just easily sprinkle powder on your kitties food once a day!
Treats!!
Okay.. Now treats!!!! We love to give our kitties treats here and there! Treats also greatly help motivate them to learn new things! When choosing the type of treats we give our fur babies we are super careful to look at ingredients! We prefer limited ingredient natural kitty treats and we love to support small businesses! This is why we decided to go with Wag&Purr Pets treats! Their treats are all made with human-grade ingredients! They are free of flour, wheat and preservatives which we love! They are also homemade with so much love and small batch made! Which means you kitties treats are super fresh! Our kitties also love Churu treats! These are lickable treats that have high quality ingredients! We love to give our babies these treats on a lick mat! This helps encourage mental stimulation and entertainment! This can also act as a stress reducer, the continuous licking can be calming and help reduce stress and anxiety! Bath Time!!
During bath time we try our very best to use the most nontoxic kitty shampoo, conditioner and other products! This is why we went with ReNewed Pet! They have something for everyone and everything. Which is perfect for us with our hairless and very hairy kitties!

Our Bath time routine consists of the following! Using Renewed pets exfoliating gloves, first we start off with the renewed pets shampoo and conditioner. Rinse and then use renewed pets nail and paw cleaner! This product is amazing (especially for sphynx) and gets all the built up dirt and grime out from under those little nails! After that we use the booty scrub... yes booty scrub! This helps get all the dirtiness that your kitty can't reach and gets rid of a stinky booty! You can then brush your kitties teeth with the renewed pets toothbrush and toothpaste. After bath time we then dry our kitties! Depending on if your kitty is furry or not will determine your next step! If you have a hairless kitty then we recommend towel drying you can then apply a VERY small amount of coconut oil as a moisturizer if your kitty needs it! Now if you have a hairy kitty then it's a bit more of a chore! Towel dry and get as much excess water out as possible, then we recommend using the Modu pets hairdryer. This is MUCH quieter than a regular hairdryer and comes with attachments to help with drying your kitty! Below you can find links both websites!
